About Rise Haven
Rise Haven Women's Foundation is a Georgia nonprofit serving women and families affected by domestic violence with housing assistance, advocacy, education, and community care.
To empower women affected by domestic violence by providing support, resources, housing assistance, and opportunities for rebuilding independent lives — without cost and without judgment.
A Georgia where every woman has a safe place to sleep, a community that believes her, and a clear path toward lasting independence.
Four commitments shape how we serve every woman who reaches out.
Confidentiality and safety planning guide every decision we make.
Women are met with respect, never judgment, at every stage.
Healing happens in relationship, not in isolation.
We build capability, not dependency — independence is the goal.

Rise Haven began the way most community work does — with women helping women. What started as informal support, a spare room, a ride to court, and a shared grocery run grew into a foundation built to meet the same needs with consistency.
Today we operate out of Peachtree Corners, Georgia, serving Gwinnett County and metro Atlanta. Our approach hasn't changed: listen first, remove barriers quickly, and stay present long after the crisis passes.
